My heart hurts for all of Hong Kong. Tonight was another rough evening there, according to various reports I’ve seen. I pray our brothers and sisters there are staying safe. I believe the police are only supposed to be going after those who are thought/known to be protesting. Our political neutrality should keep them out of harm’s way, I hope.

Sad but its a part of pushing between king of the north and south...

We don't know whether they pay the protesters to cause violence so that china will take over the country. Everything is possible.

Our brother's and our beloved sister's, young and older, will stay out of it.  They, like us, we are citizens of a another Government, run and controlled by Jehovah our God, through his appointed son, Jesus and those also chosen and appointed priests bought from the realm of the earth below, that is currently going through (as one of our friends said above, pushing and shoving).  Jehovah takes care of his own, and the worldly government (s) taken care by their diabolical monster behind the scenes.   We have prayer as our communications with Jehovah, our brothers have the same channel.  Hong Kong, has another channel of communications, riots, and destruction from both sides.  Humans, we have Almighty God, Jehovah!  Who will prevail at Armageddon?  1 for Jehovah and 0 for the Resister, 0 for human meant for destruction.

Yes, thankfully we know none of our brothers abd sister are protesting ( hopefully none were caught up in things coming back from work or anything like that)... that said if HK come s under full communist control the brothers will be sourly effected.  As sister that visited my congregation was in UK up until about a year ago, she said that the brothers were warning not to come (unless I presume invited) and many of the foreign born friends were leaving.  From what I understand , Hong Kong for many years was under British rule and even after the handover benefited from democratic freedoms so the brothers could worship in relative freedom, but that from all accounts, is about to end and fast!

I believe so, Sister Rose, the communist want total control.  Next it maybe Taiwan.  That is on their hit list too.  KofN and it's allies on the march for world dominance.  Terrible times ahead for us in the coming days, weeks, months, and hopefully not years!

Have you read/heard that somewhere? Otherwise, I think that’s quite a stretch. The majority of Hong Kongers seem to really fear China taking over.

It is a very sad sign of the times we live in. No area of the world is immune to these kinds of things happening, unfortunately.

Nope. .its only my speculation.. Its just unbelievable that these protesters act this way so China might have reasons to totally invade HK> it seems that they are being controlled. Just this weekends, they destroyed facilities in a train station.
