Whats going on with JW Library?

I tried to refresh the publications and even though theres new stuff on JW.org theres nothing on the app. so i decided to delete and redownload and now very few publications are showing up with none of the magazines. What’s going on?

Alex, welcome to JWTalk!

 

I have seen that issue happen when the internet connection is very weak or unreliable. Please, make sure you have a good connection first.

 

Then you can update the catalog by clicking the icon on the upper right corner of the screen (at least that's how it works on Android, I don't have any Apple device).

JW Library is always at least a couple days behind JW.org. When you first install or reinstall JW Library, it can take quite a while to download the full catalog on slow internet.
