New samsung tablet help

Gday. My husband bought me a new (second hand) samsung tablet so I can use for spiritual things. My eyes are getting worse and I struggle seeing things on my phone.

 

Anyway. The first thing we did was download the new software, then installed JW Library.

When I opened it. Only a few things were showing available to download. No watchtowers or workbooks etc. We uninstalled and downloaded again. And same problem.

Any ideas what is wrong?

You may have to let it sit for a while with the app open and see if the others will show up ... sometimes it can take a while for them to present themselves.
