1933 King Kong movie to be shown in theaters again

I've seen 3 versions of this film:  the original 1933 version, which I love and yeah, the special effects aren't so special anymore, they're still good for what they had to work with; the 1976 version with Jessica Lange that was...not great, and the 2005 version that Peter Jackson made which starred Adrian Brody and Naomi Watts, which was pretty good.

Despite the dated special effects, I thought the original 1933 version was the best at building up tension leading to the meeting of the titular character.
I was not a fan of the 2000's version. It felt like a 3 hour theme park ride with characters inserted; I think a lot could have been cut out. I know the remake was super popular, but I just couldn't get into it.
