Known/Confirmed JW Coronavirus cases

I wanted to start this topic to give us a sense of how real...or fake....or show the numbers at least within the reach of this group and how this virus is health-wise affecting our brothers and sister or their love ones worldwide.

 

I have asked a few times times if anyone knows somebody thats knows somebody that has been infected. So if the moderators will permit this separate topic so brothers can start adding their confirmed case or known cases of confirmed coronavirus.

A brother I only know by sight was confirmed positive after a trip to Italy. The meetings in his hall were immediately cancelled. That was last week, because this week all meetings are cancelled in all of Spain. I don't know how he evolved. He's young and healthy, I guess he's recovering.

 

But of course there may be many thousands of cases which will never be counted. I have been sick all week and the doctor said it could be coronavirus or a strong cold. People are told not to go to the hospital unless they're really dying. I'm feeling better now and nobody tested me, so if it was covid19 it will never be counted in the statistics.

The ages and the dates weren't told us. I personally know a friend that told me that a member of his congregation is infected and he is 25, but he feels good.

1 brother in Lawrenceville, GA, USA, confirmed positive.  Unsure of if he's in the hospital or not.

There are two in a Congregation near us that "have had contact with" a confirmed case ... all meetings,service and cart work were cancelled for the Congregation. Don't know the status of the two who were exposed

I also saw an interview on CNN where an actor said he is infected, but doesn't have any real symptoms. Knowing this, how many people have the virus but have no idea because they are just feeling "fine?" Very strange times we are living in.
