Thankfully there's B12 in eggs, dairy, some mushrooms, yeast, algae, and a variety of B12 fortified foods.

B12 is also good for pain relief, I take 2 under the tongue dissolve, a day as well as Magnesium.

Another reason to eat lots of leafy greens as many are loaded with magnesium. Greens with significant amounts of magnesium include kale, spinach, collard greens, turnip greens and mustard greens.

I find turnip green bitter.

Popular in the southern region of the United States, turnip greens are often considered bitter, similar in taste to mustard or dandelion greens. While the bitterness in the turnip greens is a key part of its flavor, it can also make this vegetable difficult to eat. You can use a few simple cooking methods or recipe additions to make your turnip greens less bitter and even more delicious.

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

9 Bitter Foods That Are Good for You

1. Cranberries

Quote

They contain a type of polyphenol known as type-A proanthocyanidins, which can prevent bacteria from sticking to surfaces, such as your bodily tissues.

This may be beneficial for reducing bacterial tooth decay, lowering your risk of H. pylori infections in the stomach and even preventing E. coli infections in your gut and urinary tract

Bitter food is traditionally known for its detoxifying properties. I just love bitter gourd but I can't stand rocket salad leaves. I also love the bitter taste of Chinese herbal drinks. An acquired taste these bitter tasting food. In my younger days I couldn't understand why the older generations would wax lyrical over bitter tasting vegetables. Now I know better.
