So I had a can of mushroom soup and Campbell's cheese soup, some dried out seasoned croutons and shredded cheese to join the party. 

I put the soup in a pot and heated it up. Added the baggies of rice and chicken and thawed broccoli till all warmed up. Poured in a medium glass dish with parchment paper (why work too hard right?) Added a couple handfuls of cheese and crushed croutons. 350F (176C) for 25 minutes till the top is browned.

Man-child went for seconds. 

 

Now what to make with the other bags of rice, chicken and peas and carrots. Pinterest here I come....

 

Note: when you thaw your broccoli put it in a strainer in the sink to thaw to get rid of some water. When thawed squeeze out the water, in a casserole its ok for it to be ugly 😃

Can I come live with you and man-child for a time, times and half a time?
