Something weird happened yesterday

My son and I own a house together, a man stopped by from the cable company with an order to pick up a cable box. He was not in a uniform, not in a company vehicle, but wearing a lanyard from the company with a supposed work order. I live at another house and have the receipt for me taking back the 4 cable boxes I had in August. I called the company..... no outstanding cable boxes..... and NO work order. I told them what had happened and then called by son back and told him what they said. I told him to find his kids. All kids are safe and alerted the neighbors. There are close to 30 kids in that neighborhood.

In these very last days, people will be brazen in their conduct.  It used to be thieves would break in at night, now its in full daylight.

It's hard to know who to trust e.g. cable man, phone man, gas man etc... 

I've never heard of the cable company coming out to pick up your cable box. They want you to drop it off. They don't wanna  waste money on a person to pick it up. It doesn't make them money. Now dropping off a cable box does make them money.

 

Nope, we can't let our guard down for strangers.

Thank Jehovah that you were discrete enough to call the company... And it was loving on your part to alert the neighbor's... Pls remain Vigilante

People are getting brazen and crazy. Drugs are playing a part in alot of the scary stuff that happens in our area, sadly.
