Respecting forum, respecting moderators - displaying love

Recommended Posts

Amen....🙏

Zeph 3:17 Jehovah your God is in the midst of you. As a mighty One, he will save. He will exult over you with rejoicing. He will become silent in his love. He will be joyful over you with happy cries....... Love it....a beautiful word picture.

On few occasions I have noticed that some discussions are getting bit “heated” and moderators need to step in, lovingly reminding us to keep displaying loving attitude while responding to topics.
Now, ...when I think of moderators they are busy as we are with many responsibilities, some have families to look after, discharge congregational duties, preach the good news as everybody does.
So what the moderators do here, is GIVING UNSELFISHLY their time and energy to keep forum in a loving state.
Can we make their “volunteer responsibility here on the forum” bit easier, and refrain from controversial, dogmatic, or bit hostile comments? Perhaps thinking twice before hitting post button?

We are all busy with our lives, let’s then be unselfish and keep in mind that brothers and sisters moderating this forum can feel unnecessary pressure, dealing with unnecessary problems that could be easily avoided if we keep our comments in loving way.
We love them for their work, so let’s make their role bit easier, so they can enjoy the forum as well.

The same as elders in our congregations. 💙

The same effort is needed from both them and us in our congregation also.

About JWTalk.net - Jehovah's Witnesses Online Community

Since 2006, JWTalk has proved to be a well-moderated online community for real Jehovah's Witnesses on the web. However, our community is not an official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by any legal entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses. We are a pro-JW community maintained by brothers and sisters around the world. We expect all community members to be active publishers in their congregations, therefore, please do not apply for membership if you are not currently one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
