Does any one of you have heard about what's going on in Myanmar? There are tens of thousands of protest there according to the news. Any brothers/sisters from Myanmar here? Hope they are ok.

I have friends in the Myanmar branch. As of a few days ago, they were safe, though they said their communication might be restricted as internet and text messaging services were apparently being cut off around the country. Please keep the friends there in your prayers.

Myanmar coup: What is happening and why?

My sister and family live in Myanmar and she’s been in contact regularly.

They are safe although there are a lot of protesters in the streets just below where they live. 
The internet is shut down from 1am to 9am intermittently.
She said the troops have been starting to come in the last few days and there is a curfew so everyone needs to be in by 8pm.

Her son, my nephew, is in the Bethel and has managed to get a message to them to say they are fine. 

The bethel are trying to work around the unstable internet.
The elders read a letter to every congregation reminding all the brothers to keep neutral.
