Who really is the faithful and discreet slave?—Matt. 24:45.

In 1919, Jesus appointed a small group of anointed brothers as “the faithful and discreet slave.” That slave takes the lead in the preaching work and gives Christ’s followers “food at the proper time.” Satan and his world have done much to make the work of that faithful slave challenging, even impossible, to carry out from a human standpoint. Despite two world wars, relentless persecution, global economic crises, and unjust treatment, the faithful and discreet slave has continued to provide spiritual food for Christ’s followers on earth. Think of the abundance of spiritual food available today, free of charge, in more than 900 languages! It is undeniable evidence of divine backing. Consider further proof of Jehovah’s blessing: the preaching work. The good news truly is being preached “in all the inhabited earth.”—Matt. 24:14. w19.11 24 ¶15-16

You can't walk with God while holding hands with the Devil.

Despite everything that goes on in the world , we NEVER miss out on spiritual food in abundance . When the world went into a spin a year ago today , Jehovahs people kept having meetings with no let up in supply, after a short time we were mobilised to start the letter writing in the way that has now become 'normal' for us and instead of slowing down Jehovahs people do more , more ministry hours , more pioneers and higher attendance at meetings (according to our CO last week) and to achieve this our assemblies are still happening our meetings, our pioneer schools all as normal, the FDS never fail us.

One faithful slave doing the most incomprehensibly massive world wide work. Impossible for us to do alone, but with Jehovah as our backer, nothing is impossible.  We are still on the receiving end of what the slave accomplishes and it still amazes us even though we have a good idea of the undertaking.  Jehovah's hand is at work with imperfect people in the wicked world. Just think what will be accomplished in the new world when all obstacles are removed.

The one showing favor to the lowly is lending to Jehovah

Jehovah guides the faithful and discreet slave from the start by the year of 1919 when it is first established. Since then, they never fail in providing spiritual food for all of us. They have people who helps them to provide abundant spiritual food at no cost. By means of Jehovah's holy spirit and the faithful and discreet slave, good news had spread out across the globe. So, the spiritual food that we receive in our meetings comes from Jehovah and the faithful and discreet slave.

All glory and praises goes to Jehovah :)
