:welcome:

First of all you must read the Bible daily. Every day you speak to Jehovah with pray, the daily reading of the bible allows Jehovah talking to you daily.

I will not tire suggest "DRAW CLOSE TO JEHOVAH".

There exists the one speaking thoughtlessly as with the stabs of a sword, but the tongue of the wise ones is a healing. Because, pleasant sayings are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and a healing to the bones.(Proverbs 12:18,16:24)

Welcome to the group! I would read the "Draw close to Jehovah" book. My aunt and uncle were missionaries in Nigeria for years, they have been back for awhile now due to failing health but I'm always excited to hear about the activities in Nigeria. Well let me clarify, they are actually MY uncle (by marriage) his brother and sister-in-law but we were all close so I grew up calling them Uncle Walter and Aunt Linda.

Great suggestions--I also really love the "Keep Yourself In God's Love" Book!!

So many wonderful publications from the faithful slaves, Read, Read, and Read!--but also make careful application of what you learn!

Welcome!(<img src=)'>

Yes, that is the 2nd book we usually study with ones. Excellent book. It really helps with applying the things you have already learned.

Hi there!!!

Congratulations on your impending baptism! i will be thinking and praying for you on May 19!!! It truly amazes me that there are so many still streaming to Jehovah's organization!!! Cling to it and always strive to put him first. Even when it gets harder as time goes on, never stop praying to Jehovah and meditating on His word. Some of the others suggested the Drawn Close book...I would suggest the Greatest Man book. Reading and meditating on Jesus' example and all he did for US gives us so much incentive to stay close to Jehovah's organization. We always want to make Jehovah proud. You have made Jehovah proud, will be making Him proud on the 19th and will continue every day after if you put him first in your heart and mind!

Agape!!!

I would also recommend you read "Come, Be My Follower" again, and again, and again...

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.
