JW Library not connected to internet

I'm running JW Library on windows 11.  All was fine till this morning when I'm not sure if it had done an update or what but it said 'connect to internet to the internet to see available media'  Internet was fine on everything but that.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no good. Nothing downloading just connect to the internet message.  Offline mode is set to off. version 13.0.138 (151615)   Hosting the meeting on Thursday and would really like it to be functioning.

No worries, turned out McAfee had popped up a permissions box after the update and hubby had just clicked it away without looking at it resulting on the app getting added to the blocked list. All sorted now apart from I lost the talks he had on there by uninstalling it.

I would recommend uninstalling McAfee, it wastes resources and doesn't really offer anything that you don't already get with Windows Defender set up. Most antivirus software became bloatware after Windows Security Essentials & Defender rolled out. Maybe an antimalware program on the side like Malwarebytes if you download random sketchy programs.
