70% of Texas voters agreed to amend the Texas constitution to say - marriage is between A man and A women.

This "same sex "blessing" " is an attempt to circumvent Texas' constitution.

Plan ahead as if Armageddon will not come in your lifetime, but lead your life as if it will come tomorrow (w 2004 Dec. 1 page 29)

Not only that, but the article states that this activity is a class-three felony in Texas. :hammer:

Here's a link to the IRS website page which states:

Currently, the law prohibits political campaign activity by charities and churches by defining a 501©(3) organization as one "which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office."

IRS.gov

So every time we have read about various churches speaking for or against any candidate or their policies they are breaking the law.

Food for thought.

Wow, I didn't know that! So they are not only breaking God's law, but man's law also, which then means they are breaking God's law on 2 counts.-Romans 13:1.

In the nineteenth and twentieth century it was common place for Christendom to make RICE Christians. The twenty-first century is marked by ZIPPER Christians. Don't matter whats behind the zipper marry them and get them in church.

Can we just imagine the time when the government says, " THAT'S IT! Enough is enough! " and starts using the ol' sedition laws and starts rounding Christendom like cattle. That's when all the atheists come in droves and everybody starts saying that their atheist. I can only speculate what the match will be to set off the fire.
