Acceptable (MMO)RPG?

Has anyone heard of Satisfactory? I saw it on Steam (I play on my pc).

Also, I would LOVE game recommendations. I love building and exploring, and adventure games.

Not before but a quick google search showed a subreddit for that game.

One of the players mentions that 'the combat component of the game is a bit tedious' and that at some point you cannot progress more without exploration/combat.

Look into No Man's Sky.  It sounds like a good fit for what you're looking for there...

 

Just highly recommend putting it on NORMAL or easy.  Survival is waaaay too hard for a beginner.  Once you get past the initial phase, you can make it harder if you wish.  It's a little grindy at first but once you've got a freighter & frigates, its very easy to make money and get resources.  You can put it in creative mode if you wanna bypass that.  Or just say "I need resources!" in the Anomaly and the online community in there is very generous.  Usually you can find someone in there that will make you insta-rich.    Personally for me, the struggle is part of the fun.  But you can play it however you like.

 

And they just recently added a fishing mechanism!  Game is 8 years old and they're still adding to it.....
