60 Minutes Overtime Story "Screen Time"

Recommended Posts

Due to a family emergency, we had to have our 3-year-old great grandson stay with us overnight. He is a handful to say the least. He is being raised by our oldest daughter who is not a Jehovah's Witness. His birth mother chose drugs and a promiscuous lifestyle instead of parenthood. He was the first of a total of 3 children that the court would take away. Back to the story of our adventure.

His parents allow him to take an Ipad to bed every night to help him. We followed their use and allowed him to have his Ipad at bedtime to avoid conflict. When it lost power, he lost control and cried and cried. What was interesting before this transpired, I watched the 60 Minutes Overtime news report about screen time. It is concerning to see the use of screen time devices at a young age. Since I am not an expert, I will let the video explain.  Originally aired in 2018
