Thanks for the heads up, Br. Kyle. Definitely out of my league though, what being attention deficit and very old to boot.ย

Daydreamย -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

Glanced on here to see if there are any C# DotNet web devs. I got started on Blazor to make a basic site, but never followed up on it. I'll probably get back to it after making a few games, to possibly make some online games/activities. I would imagine, with AI being able to do front end web dev, fairly decently, that the most secure web dev jobs would likely be full stack, particularly, in SAAS (software as a service). I personally, hate software as a service and maintain that Adobe and Microsoft forever ruined software by pioneering in software that's merely rented and not bought. I miss being able to buy a program on a CD rom and being able to use it forever. But, the good side is that it does create more job security among full stack web devs, at least.ย So, I do know some C#, and I'll probably be doing up some Blazor projects, and Ferb should be able to help me since he works with C#/ DotNet stack on a regular basis.ย
Trouble with working on a web developer stack, especially as a solodev, is the stacks are so clunky. This software is made more for teams, rather than individual developers. I tried learning LaraVue (Laravel PHP framework with Vue JS on the front end), and it's just so clunky for one person to work on. It works on the model-view-controller format, which works best if you have a person or team working on each element (front end, back end, or data entry). Eh, I'll still probably get back to it though.ย

Aah, good ol' fullstack. There's this joke in web dev community that goes like this "What's a fullstack dev if not a frontend dev who knows a little firebase or a backend dev who knows a little HTML" ๐Ÿ˜. Personally I think I'd rather choose to be either a frontend dev or backend dev rather than a fullstack dev for the same reason why I'd like to buy a cake from a bakery rather than a supermarket. "A jack of all trades is a master of none" they say.ย  That's just my opinionย ๐Ÿ˜€

You've got persistence to do that! That was amazing! I'm still stuck not because of bugs but no time for it. I'm in a big project currently, and it takes a long time! Hope I can endure. ๐Ÿฅฑ

Ha! Nice to see this thread bumped. Work paid for a course from Udemy on Node and ExpressJS and I've been working through that when my workload permits. Upgraded Node today and ran into all kinds of node_modules issues until I reinstalled Node. So far the course is covering fundamentals I kind of know, I'm trying to pay attention and pick up pieces I've missed from a less rigorous start to learning.

That is tremendously amazing learning things that haven't yet captured. I was doing the same thing when I watch a video on YouTube. Do you have any insights or outcomes from your learning experiences to share, Brother Chris?
