Apps for Scheduling

Hello everyone. I am new here, and I apologize if this topic or discussion has already been brought up.

 

I am looking for an app to help me schedule for microphones, sound, stage, etc. I know NW Scheduler is there, but I am not an elder, nor am I using a PC, as I prefer to do everything on Android. Are there any suggestions?

NW App will work on Android, but you are correct that it needs to be set up in a PC by an elder first.
Deckhand, Hourglass, and TSWinTM are others that I know of. But I have not used them for some years, and I am unaware of their status.
You could also use a generic scheduler app like "Teams". Therein you can set up assets and allocate tasks, making a schedule that is viewable online, so everyone is on the same page.

i have create it for the purpose you describe. It also creates the s89 slips or prints pdf reports.

 

The downside is that its only for Windows, Mac or Linux.
