Pdf maps not printing from New World Scheduler

Good morning Friends.  Anyone have any ideas as to why my pdf territory maps won't print from NWS? (Not Publisher, but Scheduler)  After I compress and import them I can open them and see each one. But the print comes up blank.

I think that NWS and NWP use your device PDF reader so ensure it is up to date. Otherwise I don't know why NWS would have problems using your devices PDF reader.

Thank you. I am using Adobe Pro. Just installed 2 days ago.  Thank you for responding.

just found out you can go to the setting and it will remind you of any assignments or duties you may have

Yes. Open the territory. Do NOT click on "Open The Map"  Click on the PDF icon. You should now see the map. Click on the colored box with the arrow in it that is on the upper left corner. That action should then open a new full screen window. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and request to print. 

 

That should do it unless your phone and printer are not communicating properly. Hope this helps.

Ah, okay this solution will work with a phone and NWP with the printer. I was looking for a solution with NWS, a computer and a printer. I'm glad you found something that will work for you.

I'm so sorry.  Yes, in order to print a map in Scheduler...

Go to your territory. Click on the printer icon that is on right side upper corner. On the left side of this new screen click Territory Cards. 

In the middle of the screen you will see all the territories listed. Click the one you want. Click save button and save it to your computer.
