Is anyone else having trouble installing the new update? I have tried for the last 6 days, looks like it is installing and then message pops up at end, installation had failed.

It worked for me.  There have been 3 other article updates since then, did they work OK?

 

One method that I have used in the past is delete the item (Young people Ask) and exit the app.  then reenter the program and load the whole article.  I just did that and it only took a minute or so to reload.

 

Make sure you have a good internet connection.
