Cradled by the Divine - Song based on the WT article “I Will Never Abandon You”!

I have been messing with AI and have created a song based on a recent WT article “I Will Never Abandon You”! Everything has been created with AI, including the lyrics, music, and vocals. I am fascinated by what can be achieved with this tech. We are still in the early days so AI is only going to get better. That leads us to a warning we need to keep in mind. How is Satan going to use this technology to attack True Worship?

 

As we get closer to the end of this system we need to make sure of all things, and to strengthen our faith in Jehovah and his ability to protect pure worship. That's why I chose “I Will Never Abandon You”! as the basis of this experiment.

 

AI is just a tool that can be used for good or bad.

If anyone is interested in knowing my workflow for this: I fed my own notes to ChatGPT and asked it to create the lyrics for the first song "Cradled by the Divine." For the second song, "In Times of Trials", I use the whole study article--not my notes.

 

I use Suno.au to create the music and vocals. It took about 6 or 7 passes, with additional structuring and prompting, for each song to get the final version.

For "Cradled by the Divine" I used "acoustic kids music" as the Style. That seems to give results that are more upbeat and catchy. In the next post I'll upload a song that was created using "Australian Country, cappella, Happy Kids" and you will see what I mean. With "In Times of Trial" I started with "cappella" and then moved to "smooth ballad" for the second verse.

 

I have to render the song in batches (verse 1 and chorus, then verse 2, etc.) I usually render multiple versions on the first go, as each output can be vastly different. I then select the one that sounds best, and render the next verse based on that.

This is a song that I partially wrote and then had ChatGPT improve. It was rendered with the Style "Australian Country, cappella, Happy Kids." If you read in my post above, including the keyword "kids" in the style seems to produce upbeat tunes - I like upbeat!! With this song I wanted a catchy chorus. Rendering in batches lets me tweak the music and lyrics and push the song in a direction I like.

 

This started as an experiment but I actually enjoy generating this music. I always wanted to be able to write lyrics for songs so this is going to let me practice. I am seriously thinking of creating a YouTube channel to publish these songs. It could be another source of wholesome music for Witnesses. That way I don't have to flood this forum with my hobby.

That’s a good pickup. Because I’ve been spending time looking into the idea that Jehovah will never abandon us or allow the Truth to be taken over, even after the Anointed, are taken to Heaven, I was thinking in terms of Jehovah’s integrity. Meditating on that gives us confidence to stand firm ourselves. 
 

I might have to look into that a bit more. Thanks for pointing it out.
