What is about Fufu and GB

Recommended Posts

These are two major Liberianized dishes made out of pulverized cassava. I love it and will like to invite all missionaries in Liberia to have a taste.

in east Africa we have ugali which is made of maize meal or cassava flour (what they call fufu )

Well, even The Simpsons had a go at Ethiopian food culture in a recent episode (S23E05 -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Food_Wife) so it must mean that in American cities which have a considerable population of migrated Ethiopians, also the restaurants have to be pretty well known to end up in a TV show.

..aanndd-dd according to jw.org there are 13 Amharic congregations and groups in the US:

West Virginia

Washington DC

Atlanta, GA

Oakland, CA

Seattle, WA

Antioch/Nashville, TN (group)

Garland/Dallas, TX (group)

St Paul, MA (group)

Aurora/Denver, CO (group)

Las Vegas, NV (group)

Sacramento, CA (group)

Los Angeles, CA (group)

San Diego, CA (group)

..my point being that congregations and groups are hardly formed for the sake of brothers and sisters; there has be territory, too.

To this David said: “What have I done now? I was only asking a question!”
