JW Library update "installation failed"

I have an Ipad 10.2 2019 model. It's up to date as far as the software. I am having trouble with a "pending update". I keep trying to update the June 2024 Watchtower, it downloads and then says "Installation failed". I was able to update other files, but this one keeps failing. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have been having the same problem with the same WT for several weeks.

I do not think the WT Library (formerly the 'DVD') runs on iOS.
It requires Windows 7 or some Win 11 PC's.
