We know to listen to the Organization and our local brothers - how do you really feel ? Do you care to share  ?  "Thanks " for your time .GIF by The New Big Poppa E

"Yesterday, I found myself thinking about this. On Friday, the Supreme Court of Brazil banned access to X in the country, and since then, it has been offline. I was wondering, when this happens to us and it's our site, how will we handle it? Anyway, we can just go to JWTalk and ask someone to send the publications in PDF 😅"

It is a scary thought - we will go back to writing letters ( analog) and take them down to the post office - snail mail

Some countries use JWBox, it seems we could do the same thing.

Hope that we will all be obedient to the directives of the FDS which will manage all operations in one way or another, even if the site is blocked. If Jehovah allows the brothers to stay until the eve of Armageddon it is not for nothing.

I think that JWTalk site will not be accessible within the first hour, because all the subscribers will saturate the network which will explode.

Forecast:
Think about buying candles, lots of candles, chocolates, coffee and quickly get into your pajamas because the nights are going to be long and so will our stress.

Certainty: Jehovah the living God never sleeps, therefore reachable 24/7 in case of sluggishness or uncontrollable fear. For our elders we will have to think about letting them sleep a little, to recover, otherwise they will not hold up, but here we are: we won't be able to do without them either.

I mean if the internet goes out, how much different will life be pre 2000? I know some of yall are a bit older than me and lived most of your adult lives without internet. To be honest i think the only ones that'll freak out are gen Z and alpha. I mean it'll suck without the internet but it's not like it hasnt been done before...To be honest, i think the world and especially our youth will be far better off if the internet did just go away. Weirdly enough if the internet went away, it would be a blessing in disguise. However on the JW side of things, that would hinder people whom are not able to go to meetings in person, that would be the biggest downside in my opinion. One way to counteract that is if groups went to visit people and have like mini sessions there, to help with the spiritual food they need and to have actual contact with the members.

Edit: I mentioned people living most of their adult lives without internet, i keep forgetting the 90s were 30+ years ago lol.  But yall get what I'm saying...
