Service app toubleshooting

Hi! My Cong has just started using the service app for our territory, and some of the address we are putting in have over 90 units. 
 

The app orders the unit numbers in the following pattern: 

 

1,10-19,2,20-29,3,30-39,4,40-49…

 

I’d also point out this is also happening for a different address that has 10 units but the order appears as follows: 1,10,2-9. - a common theme among some of our addresses. 

 

Any ideas why this is happening, has anyone encountered anything like this?

Can you number  them 01, 02, 03 etc.  Then the #2 won't appear right before 20.

Interesting! I didn’t think of that.
Ok, I just attempted it, I works however it means every unit number needs to be entered manually, rather than saying unit 1-10, or unit 01-10, you need to input unit 01,02,03,04,05.

If you do 01-10, it outputs it as 01,10,2,3,4,5…

I have contacted the service app team, so hopefully I can get an answer back soon.
