I noticed the narrator on some of the  videos was a different voice I hadn't heard before. . I liked it. Something different  and new. 

 

Also I felt the part on marriage was very accurate and realistic. Hit close to home for me. 

 

The 2 Sauls was an excellent part. I have a new appreciation for the apostle paul. Ive always been under the impression he could write well but was a terrible speaker in person. For me , the angle they used shed new light on why that may have been the case .

I found it notable that Saul started becoming haughty only 2-3 years after he became king.

 

That was something to me. It seems having a bit of power went to his head and fed his ego. In time, this bad trait of pride manifested itself. Remember when he was supposed to wait on Samuel?

Before the Monthly Broadcast is shown on jw.org, it is uploaded to the servers for our website. But not all members on the forums here know how to get into the servers. The links are not publicly available to everyone as are those that appear on jw.org. So to those who do have the links to the servers, they can be said to have 'early access' since they can see the broadcasts before most others do.

 

Since the links to the servers are not public knowledge, the moderators have decided we should not post those links on the forums.

In addition to Eric's comment: To get the early access link one has to mine jw.org of which the Branch has ask us not to do. Anyone doing so and posting that link to jwtalk.net is in danger of being banned from the Forum.

It's not really early. The broadcast is usually available to everyone within a couple of hours after it is available to those that know where to find it early.

I wish we could study this book again during the congregation bible study. I miss it. When I go spend a weekend back home at the end of march, I'll look for my old hard copy and bring it with me back here and use it for bedtime stories. I was in sophomore year of high school when I first got a copy. That was in 2004. Now I'm an old man. How time flies.
