Notes are in Danger

Hello, everyone. One of our sister is having a problem on her JW Library app that is in Android 8 in her tab. The app is glitching and won't open, all of her notes including on her schools are in there and haven't back up for years. Now, my only question is, is there any way to get all of those notes on her JW Library. She avoid to tap the clear data because it will wipe out everything. If there's any way, please don't hesitate to reply this post. Thank you. ❤️

What brand and model of tablet is it?

Please save your notes regularly... Like once a week, on Google drive for instance.

 

We can never know what could happen with our phone.

At least weekly, I sync my notes from my mac, to my phone and tablet. 

It is currently 12 MB in size. Too much to loose.

There is instructions on how to backup here:  https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/backup/

 

Please note that it is not guaranteed this will work for JW library.  I know at least with my Samsung devices that their backup software only saves the app itself, not the data on JW library, but it's worth a shot if you have Huawei tablet to restore to.
