Help with JW Library

On my HP Laptop, JW Library has been working flawlessly for years.

Suddenly it has issues, it loads then closes down on its own after 30 seconds.

Regularly backup on NAS (so I would have to save any newer things to another location before doing a full restore.)

Don't want to loose the following especially, Elders School and my notes, Pioneer School and notes.

I guess I can reinstall then download the ordinary publications from the hub, but some things will not be there anymore.

Probably take a while to download everything - my prepared WT Study material  etc..

Can I transfer from my desktop perhaps?

Keith, try to make a backup of your notes and highlighting. Personal Study > Create backup and select a local folder. It should take only a few seconds.

 

As for the publications, I think you can save them following the method in this topic:

Then when you uninstall and reinstall the app, replace the contents of that folder with those you saved and you should have all your publications.
