Beta-testers needed for new Android app

Hello friends,

 

I noticed there is a lot of interest in obtaining transcripts for the videos posted on JW.ORG. So I am working on an Android app to easily obtain those and perform a variety of related actions. I plan to release it in the Play Store, but I will need some beta-testers who are willing to install the app and give their opinions/criticism/suggestions/etc.

 

If you are interested, please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE with the email you use to log into the Play Store on your device(s). Again, please don't put your email here. Private message

I use Android, but the transcript was already available in the JW Web Add-on extension for Windows.

Yes, I know there are other options. But wait till you see what this can do

I want to try it too, but I just sold my Android phone. 😭😭😭

Thanks for using the add-on! I think Eryk is more in the software or app development field, while I’m more in web development. So yes, we’re both in the tech field but in different divisions.

 

Hence, I’d like to try out Eryk’s stuff too since it’s outside my area of focus 😁😁, and developing something in either field, like a website or an app, takes hours of work. I also don’t have enough time to create an app when I already have a dozen websites to manage 😂😂.

Thank you all for the great volunteer spirit! I only needed 12 beta-testers, but have close to 30 now
