Quick and easy Polish pickle and pork sausage soup

Recommended Posts

I made this a while ago and only once, but it tasted like how it did in Poland. It's probably better to use Polish pickles but I used normal British pickles cut up as well as a bunch of the pickle juice and sliced Mattesons original smoked pork sausage. I think I put some diced onions in it too. Also, you could put sour cream on top of it, but I don't think I did. It was so good and easy to make.

Hopefully I'm telling you guys the right recipe here 😅 let me know if you make it :)

Ogórkowa (Polish Sour Pickle Soup) - Polish Housewife

Quote

Ogórkowa, a well-known soup in Poland (and Lithuania) made with these natural Polish pickles.

While well known in Poland, Ogórkowa or Zupa Ogórkowa can be found in Polish markets or delis in other countries, but is not something widely known in the United State

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool 🎨for creativity. It causes a rush 🌊 of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

Are those dill pickles or sweet pickles?

You're meant to put dill. I'm not sure what sweet pickles are? I used the British ones that are vinegary.
