I'm already in a league. Last year was my first year to play...and I totally DOMINATED!!! woot! woot! Of course I had some killer players...Drew Brees, for one. But it goes to show that you don't have to know all the stats on every player to win.... !

Some are gambling and some are not. The ones on NFL.com are free to join and play and the prizes are sponsored by some company. Others like "Daily Fantasy" of which there are 2 sites that I've heard of, require you to pay money to play. There are lots of both kinds (free and pay to play) however I've heard of some who started playing the free ones and then, after a while were lured into the gambling ones which is, not only gambling, but also leads into bad association. So, you have to be careful. I personally don't play any fantasy. It would stir up a competitive attitude in me that Jehovah doesn't approve of.
