Cranberry Toastada--With A Flair!

Just tried to post some pics of different dishes I make at The Iron Pony Saloon.  I had almost forgotten about these scrumptious little delights. So light, crispy and tasty for the upcoming warmer months!  It will be getting warmer, right?  Just serve these along with a Blue Curacao Coronita and you ar good to go!

 

You can find the recipe at Miz Helens Country Cottage--the only thing I do differently is I garnish lastly with crisp, cold, romaine hearts and spoon on a cranberry salsa--just take a can of whole cranberries and mix with your own salsa for a tangy treast!
