Was the man who helped Bro. Engleitner with his autobiography a brother? Also, was Bro. Engleitner of the annointed? I had never heard that either. I have his book and have read it many times, but I didn't know those things until I saw them here in the comments.

I know a brother who knew Leopold in person, talked with him, and Leopold told him that he had the heavenly hope.

And Bernhard Rammerstorfer is a brother, he is married and they have a little girl and they cared for Leopold as if he was their own father. He lived with them and Bernhard said Leopold that he has now lost his best friend.

  • 2 weeks later...

I was on a tube on Wednesday (Subway train for the Colonists!) and just before I got off, a man got on and sat next to me, opened up his iPad and began reading The Times newspaper on it.  I looked across (as you do) and saw brother Engleitner's photograph!  I asked the man if it was Leopold Engleitner's obituary in The Times, and he said it was.  He also said that he (the man) had been in the army and had been to the prison where our brother was held.

Unfortunately I had to get off the train, so was unable to continue the conversation, but it seemed to be a long obituary article.

Unfortunately you have to subscribe to read it all:
