  1. Yes, I noticed that as well. It could be that copilot's index is not up to date.
  2. I asked copilot your question, and here is what it put together: Here’s a comprehensive catalog of JW Original Songs grouped by approximate musical style, based on their arrangements, tempo, and mood. While JW Library doesn’t provide genre labels, these classifications reflect typical features you’d hear in each song: 🎤 Pop / Contemporary Christian Upbeat rhythms, modern instrumentation, and catchy choruses. The Best Life Ever We Won’t Forget You Glad I Passed the Test We Won’t Stop Now Always Rejoice One United People You Will See Make Time for Jehovah With Jehovah, We Are One Use Your Strength for Jehovah’s Name [jw.org] 🪕 Folk / Country-Influenced Guitar strumming, simple arrangements, storytelling lyrics. My Only One Precious Daughter Just a Smile Two Small Coins I Give My Life to You I Give You My Best Building My Future With Jehovah My Spiritual Need [jw.org], [jw.org] 🎼 Ballad / Acoustic Slower tempo, emotive, often piano- or acoustic guitar-driven. Hearer of Prayer Draw Close to Me Home It’s Filled With Love All I Can Give With Eyes of Faith Pause and Reset [jw.org], [jw.org], [jw.org], [jw.org], [jw.org] 🎸 Soft Rock Light electric guitar, steady rhythm, uplifting chorus lines. We Can’t Hold Back Jehovah’s Always by Our Side Together We Are Strong Brotherly Love True Friends Confidence in You Never Give Up [jw.org], [jw.org] 🎹 Orchestral / Cinematic Rich string or keyboard textures, widescreen, hopeful atmosphere. The New World to Come Peace at Last! Our Joy Eternally [jw.org], [jw.org] 🎷 Light Jazz / Swing Elements Gentle swing rhythms, jazzy chord progressions—mostly mid-tempo. Let’s Keep It Simple [jw.org] ✨ Inspirational / Mid‑Tempo Reflective yet steady arrangements, encouraging lyrics and moderate tempo. A Higher Kind of Love Feed My Faith He Knows Us Study Makes You Strong Learn From a Fall Live for Forever Just Around the Corner Stop, Think, and Pray Rolls It on Him Forgive Freely [jw.org], [jw.org] 🎶 Convention / Special Theme Songs Typically commissioned for conventions; themes tie to annual events. To Do Your Will Is My Delight (2025 Convention) Good News! (2024 Convention) It Will Not Be Late! (2023 Convention) [jw.org]
  3. I've also had issues with the Windows version of JW Library on my Surface Pro 8 as updates in September 2025 and the latest update on October 2, 2025. Copy and paste is not working when I want to copy material into notes. This is either by tapping and selecting copy and then paste, or doing it via the keyboard command. It only works like 3 out of 10 times and I can't find a pattern of why it's happening.
  4. It's 2025 and WTL and WOL are still being updated. I still use both tools quite a bit. I like have the full library on my Microsoft surface tablet.
  5. Usually the branch sends out a warning to the local brothers when they want us to warn the friends.
  6. There is instructions on how to backup here: https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/backup/ Please note that it is not guaranteed this will work for JW library. I know at least with my Samsung devices that their backup software only saves the app itself, not the data on JW library, but it's worth a shot if you have Huawei tablet to restore to.
  7. What brand and model of tablet is it?
  8. I messaged you with some instructions we had created for our brothers in AV.
  9. It should work, because it can run x86 apps through emulation, although it will run slower. With the watchtower library app not being a demanding app, it should still run okay. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/arm/apps-on-arm-x86-emulation
  10. For our elderly friends unable to use a computer or tablet, we use KHConf in combination with Zoom. They are able to watch using a Roku hooked up to a television. Of course if they want to comment, zoom is the only option.
  11. When I said better supporteded, I was talking about security/OS updates. Apple usually provides at least 5 years of updates. Personally, I don't own an iPad, but I have a Microsoft surface pro 8 running Windows 11, as I prefer having full Windows, but for someone who wants something simple, I do recommend the iPad for its simplicity and reliability. I do like Android too, as I have a Samsung phone. My work provides me an iPhone and an iPad, so I get to experience a lot of different eco-systems lol. It also helps when the friends need help, so I try to stay familiar with what apple, android, and Microsoft have out there.
  12. I always recommend if you have been using an iPad for awhile to stick with with the iPad. They are better supported than Android tablets, unless you go with Samsung, but at that point you are paying similar money. You can get a good deal on a 9th gen with 256GB at best buy for $349. I think the 10th gen is 499. Be sure to get at least 256GB so you have enough room for videos, etc on JW library. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sku/4901816.p?skuId=4901816&sb_share_source=PDP
  13. There should be a JW library icon in the taskbar to click on that brings back the year text to the second monitor. If you hover over it you'll see thumbnail of the year text.
  14. We went with what the branch recommended and it was a USB camera for under $100. It's been working well for many years now.
  15. This would affect SMS and MMS messages when it comes to texting. If you are using an iPhone, most of your messages will go through iMessage, which is encrypted end-to-end. so those messages would not be compromised. Of course, if you have to send an SMS message from an iPhone, it could still be at risk. For Android users, if they are using RCS, it also encrypts the text end-to-end, so those messages should not be exposed, but again for SMS/MMS messages, those would be exposed. This is a good reason why a lot of the friends use Whatsapp for their messaging needs, which is end-to-end encrypted. However, nothing is 100% secure.
