 Much of the legislation will become effective starting the first of January.  Could you imagine driving on a highway with high drivers?

Marijuana remains illegal under federal law, and there is still uncertainty around how local law enforcement officials will handle decriminalization measures passed by municipalities.

They will have to establish standards as to how much THC is too much. And the stuff stays in ones system for weeks. Should be interesting.

I don't know of any country where it is legal - without a prescription / as a drug. I imagine it would be treated as any other prescription drug.

 

As it is still illegal throughout the entire US (per Federal law - that State laws do NOT trump) and as I live in the US, I haven't heard of any changes.
