CLEVELAND -- A recent study by the Marchex Institute reveals that people in Ohio top the list for using foul language.

The data was released in May. Since then the foul mouth report has captured the attention of the media around the world.

Marchex's data crunchers looked at more than 600,000 phone call records over a 12 month period.

They searched for curse words beginning with A, F and S then broke down the frequency each was used.

Ohio came out on top. Maryland, New Jersey, Louisiana and Illinois rounded out the top five in that order.

Marchex's report says Ohioans curse more than twice as much as people from Washington.

Well, I don't know what to @&$// about that! I think it is because they have to deal with so much cold!

I am not sure about their conclusions. Perhaps on the phone, but I cannot imagine anyone using more foul language on the job than they use here.

Think about it, our state starts with an 'F'

The scariest thing is they ARE monitoring our phone conversations.

We may have to revert to scriptural code to get our messages across to our friends!
