Friends in Florida

I have been preaching online

To a guy from Florida.

His name is Mike.

His parents were in Gilead school.

Pioneers.

They have passed away.

He's been out for a while.

I think he is inactive.

After finding out he still loves the bible.

I asked did he have our

New addition the Silver Bible.

No he said.

So i downloaded

It and shared

He was impressed.

I asked him had he seen our

New style of preaching.

No he said. I shared the Manhattan project.

He was amazed.

He posted yesterday another topic.

A guy had beaten his 2 yrs old.

I said won't it be nice when we won't have to read these

Stories any more.

He asked how much

Longer.

I said I don't predict or know.

But given that it's 2014.

100yr since.

Our theme text is

Let God's kingdom come

And every watchtower has been on the Kingdom.

So i guess soon.

I said there's an international

Assembly this year.

He asked when.

He would love to know

When & where in Florida.

I have been encouraging to get back to the Meetings.

He doesn't drive.

Can anyone help please?

There are several Conventions in Florida but I don't think any of the International ones are here.

Gabe..Friends have to be assigned to an International Convention, but there are several regional conventions in Florida..Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando are the ones I know of..if you go to jworg to the search for conventions you can find out more..

He his own Building company. Lifetime Services..

it seems like he is keen. & wants the new Bible.

 

He said he's had some let downs before. He knows he should handle things differently & is appreciative for the encouragement.

I hope to find a Brother if possible they may want to help him.

& let him know the assembly... I only wish I could be in Florida. lols.

Gabe..I'm sure John knows brothers in Jaçksonville..I believe I remember a post where he said he will be working there at the convention..also ..remember David Crum from Meekspace? He lives in Jacksonville..Orange Park is a suburb area a little southwest of Jacksonville..Did you encourage Mike to watch the Bible Study video on jw.org? The content is a real eyeopener..even if one knows the truth..it's a reminder of why things are the way they are!

The collage I posted gives Mike's phone number if a brother wants to talk to him..

he knows me as Surfergirl Gabe. as that is my Profile name also on Google Plus.

 

& thats ok. I have been wondering which way to send him & who can help him. He has shared some nice experiences when his Mum was around.

Its hard to make for sure if he's genuine over the net. But last couple replies. He has said he appreciates any encouragement.

 

A brother on Google Plus had shared last weeks day Text & I shared it with him.

He says his mum would read the scripture to him & it was his fav.
