I am taking 20 mg of citrizine or Reactine a day. Usually at night because it makes you groggy. I talked to my pharmacist and I can split those. Half in the morning half at night. THen I am on Avamys. Its a steroidal nasal spray. Usually take 2 sprays each nose hole in the morning. The lady said I can split that up 1 each morning the other mid afternoon. I will see how that works and let you know. Will be starting that tonight.

I take 50 mg of Claritan, crushed and put into a 16 ounce bottle of water.  Shake it , and whenever I get that nasty drip drip drip from nose to throat, sneezing, watery eyes, and choking, I take a quick gulp.   Works for me (but not everyone should do this, some can be allergic just to the over the counter med), particularly when I go out and there's 1/4 inch of pollen sitting on top of my car hood!  I love to drive with my windows down, and it all comes in and right out.  In the meantime, I can drive and not pass out from the pollen in the air!  Can't wait for the paradise to get here!  Hope it very soon!
