NASA says an asteroid the size of a house passing earth Sept. 7

There is an asteroid passing close to earth on September 7, supposedly over New Zealand and some may be able to see it from telescope. No threat to earth but Nasa mentioned they will be watching the orbit of this one because they are onto sure of its future course at this time in relation to earth.

Looks as if a meteorite hit earth as the large asteroid went by photos and details of it hitting in Nicaragua.
