Is this an entirely new department?  Or, is this just the RBC/LDC arrangement under a new name?

LDC is the umbrella group, Congregation Support is only one of many sub-groups for each specific role performed under LDC authority.

Thanks.  The reason I asked is because the projects that will be handled by JW Congregation Support are the same projects the old RBC-new LDC already cover.  Guess we'll be double-covered.

Was there suppose to be letter to announce this to the congregation?

There was a letter.  It was read to our congregation over a week ago.  

 

I got to re-read it on our bulletin board last night, as I was waiting for my ride home.  

I car-pooled with an elder and his wife and he was in a meeting after our meeting.
