It also rates "having someone to count on in times of trouble" and freedom from corruption in government and business.

You're right, Sister Lucy.  We are definitely the happiest group of people on the planet!

NZ is only on the top ten because everyone is living in their own little bubble, in general they have no idea what's going on in the world except for Trump and one or two other things.  So hard to witness to here.

Same here, Mandi. And WA (Western Australia) is even more isolated from the rest of the country, they really haven't a clue......
