Seasons...

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall (Autumn).

Four seasons and guess which one brings me the most misery? (Hint: It's not Autumn, Spring, or Winter, lol). 

Maybe it's a getting older thing but I'm really starting to dislike summer with its suffocating heat and humidity. 

But just imagine summers in the new world: hot but very pleasant. Yes, when the world, through Jesus' rule gets back on course as Jehovah intended it to be, we'll be able to enjoy all seasons. 

No heatwaves, cold snaps, volcanoes, hurricanes, floods, etc, etc.

Haha over the last 20 years we have had cold snaps - erupting volcanoes, earthquakes, tornadoes and hurricanes, floods and I too find the heatwaves the hardest to bear, night after night of not sleeping because it's too hot, having fans going at night it's horrible.  I'd rather have Autumn and Spring - just right for me.

Just come down to Australia to "enjoy" real summer ...hmmm I recommend Alice Springs

I already have friends from my town over that way ... you can have it. Sorry but you won't be seeing me in Aussie anytime soon. (Unless Jehovah tells me to! and no -- no prayers!).

Mandi I am the exact same way....I really dislike HOT weather....I find nothing to like about it....I'd rather walk around in 20 degree weather....than have

to confront a 95-100 degree temp....just can't take it anymore!  I enjoy Autumn the most...then Winter and Spring are tied for second place.

Denise likes the autumn time, she enjoys the colors.

I like that as well but for me the springtime is the best. 

With autumn I get the feeling of waning delights, fun tapering to the frozen stillness of winter.

With spring time,  I get the lovely planet awakening,  all the critters waking up, the new birth greenery, all the things that make it feel like you just came up from underwater and got a good breath of fresh air. ..

Don't mind the heat so much as the humidity. Early summer rains really saturated the soil. Now the heat is bringing it back up. Enjoyed the coming down. Not so much the going up.

I moved to Oregon for the beautiful, temperate weather- it's perfect for me.

 

 Autumn is my hands down favorite season. I love the beautiful poignancy,  the colors, the windiness... it maked me happy and sad at the same time. I want to cook, watch movies, read, wear boots and sweaters... 

 

It's the best.
