The law enforcement stoppage in a state struggling with a budget shortfall is the latest example of how depleted public finances, amid Brazil’s worst recession on record, are crippling even basic health services, education and security in some states.

It is things like this that tell me the end is near or at least getting  nearer. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The whole world is on the edge of falling apart. People who track such things have been predicting a major economic collapse for years now and are surprised it hasn'the happened yet. The reason for their error is the four angels holding back the winds until the anointed are all sealed. Once that is completed, the angels will release the winds and this world will fly to pieces in the great tribulation.  The threat of war is so great the nations are like dogs snarling at each, only divine intervention is preventing world war 3. This system seems to reaching its expiration date, time for Jehovah to dump it down the garbage disposal.

I thought brazil was a large economy?....strange.... do they even have to pay for a military?
