NK "supported" Trump?

I found these articles that before elected, NK promoted Trump by means of a lot of propaganda. I'm wondering why. That just seems very suspicious, and now all this "war talk" is going on, are they actually working together to achieve something else? Or, did Kim and Trump simply have a fall out since then?

Hmmm, no. All the article says is that one journalist published an article in a North Korean newspaper praising Trump's promise of not intervening in the North Korea/South Korea conflict, and expressing that he personally preferred that to the "dull" Hillary Clinton and her "Iranian model" to deal with the conflict.

A comment by a journalist doesn't mean his whole country supported Trump in any way. It's just the opinion of one person, but even if it reflected the opinion of the regime, it would be quite logical. "Trump says he will leave us alone, Clinton says she will attack us, I prefer Trump." There's nothing suspicious in that.
