Wow I was astounded and overjoyed when I saw that Marques Houston, best known as Roger From Sister Sister is now a Jehovah's Witness. He was baptized November of 2017. It made me think, "If this celebrity, who is rich, can get all the girls he wants and material possessions can put all of that aside and choose to serve Jehovah, wow what's stopping anyone else?" Amazing. :)

Yes, I remember reading about this. I was so happy for him. He actually got baptized at the 2016 remain loyal to Jehovah convention but it is still great news. Omarion, one of his close friends in the music business, was studying as well. I hope he gets baptized as well. Daymon Wayans is now our brother as well :)

The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.
