Have you seen the movie 'Oblivion'?..it's a Cruise vehicle but it's pretty cool.  The aircraft that Cruise flies is awesome, it's almost helicopter and jet combined.

There are some violent scenes in there  (post apocalyptic film) but it's not too bad,  I feel. The flying is pretty cool.

I have seen several movies with TC - some have been good, some not so good.

 

I think he has been either mis-cast or grabbed some rolls he should have left alone - that is all.

 

 

 

As far as the structures next to the ship - yes, I would guess they are moorings.

That's the word I was looking for, moorings.  I saw in the article that it looked like the vessel was almost out of the water,  I could see the screws out of water,  it also looked like it was closer to the shoreline. ..I wonder if that was all tidal effects or if it gets moved around at times...

When Rich sent me this photo this morning and I found out the subject of the movie,  I don't think I could watch it--

I have few fears or phobias,  one of them is a small ship, in a large body of water,  sinking. ..

 

To watch these people at sea, being attacked by a lethal but obscure foe, with the possibility of a short swim in the Atlantic,  I  don't know if I could watch that.

We found 4 Metro Cart locations as we were meandering around the French Quarter. We passed several carts several times and met new friends each time so we got to meet a lot of friends and get some good advice on where to go and where not to go...
