JWLibrary glitch - Lost videos, Favorites, and more

Hi dear brother and sister;

Did any of you had any problems with the Iphone or ipad and JW library?

My JWL lost all the videos, favorites and new section in Spanish in the iphone 6s plus and ipad pro 12.9.

Running ios 11.2.6

Any comments or sollution?

One time that happened to me, and it was fixed. Scary, though...Lance, you are right!

It is not only IOS. My Android phone doesn't show any video's either. Many experience the same problem.

That's a problem with update 10.3 that was installed a couple days ago. Only the videos in English work, they don't appear for other languages. Deleting cache or data or uninstalling and reinstalling won't fix it.

 

I'm sure the brothers are aware and are working on a fix.

I found out yesterday. I tried to show the Memorial video at a door... and it was nowhere. What an embarrassing situation!

Good that I had it downloaded somewhere else.

If you go to Media, they show up in Downloaded.

It’s already fixed. This morning. I am relieved. They work fast thanks.
