Very good experience. 

I liked it when he said: ” The more we concentrate on what we had before, the more we suffer. 

The quicker we accept the new circumstances, the quicker the joy returns to us along with the opportunity to make good use of the new circumstances”

I will remember that.

Yes, I too found this particular part very profound and how truthful!  (I must admit, my heart broke to see his wife go to the ground when they loaded him handcuffed, into the prison bus).
