Apparently, does their book of mormon say anything about homosexuality? Or are they throwing that out, too?

They still oppose homosexuality, but no longer proscribe holding hands and other public showings of affection, kinda like 'We're just good friends."

I am not sying I am Superman, I am only saying that nobody has ever seen Superman  and me in a room together.

To my recollection, some time ago a pro-LGBT group was up in arms when the U.S. Branch released the video for children "One Man, One Woman".   This advocacy group angrily demanded that jw.org remove that video while using the phrase "homophobic", etc. towards the organization.

Thankfully, the Branch did not capitulate. Jehovah's standards do not change (Malachi 3:6) so we don't acquiesce to the world's standards.

Mormon Church delivers stinging rebuke to BYU students with letter stating homosexual behavior is 'not compatible' with its principles

Just two weeks ago, LGBTQ students at Brigham Young University were cheering after the school deleted a section in its honor code that banned "homosexual behavior." But on Wednesday, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints poured cold water on their celebrations after it clarified that same-sex romantic behavior is still "not compatible" with BYU's principles.

So NO more holding hands!

I am so thankful to be HERE, in JEHOVAH'S place of moral good.  It's not easy in this world to maintain integrity in any area, but we KNOW what Jehovah wants from us, and it isn't what some council or human group that is dictating what it is.  Even the Governing Body has to subject itself to Jehovah's principles, and they can't vote Jehovah our God and our Leader Jesus out.
