The US and the Taliban to sign a peace agreement after partial truce

Has anyone seen this yet it's all over twitter

I've been keeping an eye on it. Apparentl 26 countries reps will be there to watch the signing.

But I'm not sure if it means peace? Some articles say it's just a step forward, and the taliban could break it even after signing, others say it means peace will come to the country. I'm not sure if it's just an agreement in a line of agreements, or an actual truce agreement.

Also, sorry for double post, but if you want to see what they're saying (a lot of reuse of the word peace) but words like 'made feasible' etc.

I'm watching it here.
